All in-stock orders ship out within two business days from Los Angeles, CA.

Below are some guidelines on shipping times:

First Overnight - next business day by 9:30 a.m. in most areas
Priority Overnight - next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses
Standard Overnight - next business day by 03:00 p.m. to most addresses, and by 08:00 p.m. to residences
2 Day - two business days
Express Saver - three business days
Ground - one to five business days

Return Policy

If you need to return merchandise, please contact atlaspromoteam@nadel.com

Once you receive your items, please keep all packaging materials in the event you need to return any items. Do not remove tags or they cannot be returned.

• Items must be returned within 21 days from the time your order was delivered or they will not be accepted.
• Please include the packing slip with your order and be sure to note the reason for returning the items.
• Remember that items purchased may be returned for credit only and cannot be exchanged.
• Once we receive your items back, they will be inspected for damages. If approved, we will credit your account to be applied to a future purchase.
